What is “Burnout”? How can I prevent Burnout?
Burnout is an unconscious state of mind causing agitation, strain, feeling of less effectiveness, loss of motivation, leading to dysfunctional attitudes and serious health problems.
In other words: batteries low – lack of joy – urgent need to recharge!
This condition develops little by little due to maladjustment of personal intentions and work reality.
Undiagnosed burnout syndrome can lead to alcohol addiction, drug abuse and suicide.
