Coping Strategy: Understand how your mind works

Understand how your mind works to better cope with problems such as Depression, lack of motivation, lack of joy, poor lifestyle habits, stress-related psychosomatic problems such as sleeplessness, HBP, weight problems etc.

If you would like to try the little audio, reminding you of the nature of your mind to remember, that your mind is just a part of you that sometimes creates trouble if you don’t stop it, please email to Emailmanuela@gmail.com! I will be happy to send you an mp3 file for your i-Phone/smart phone/mp3

Enjoy your day!!!

Reconnecting in and with Nature

Coming back from a  hike behind the house in the mountains of Lake Tahoe, I feel totally in peace and very much appreciate the pleasure of walking on the Tahoe Rim Trail – very close to God!

When I first discovered the benefit of physical and mental wellness during Walking Exercise  in 1992 I had no clue how  significant this simple exercise could be for so many people I accompanied later on their change towards a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Studying Physical Fitness at Cooper Clinic for Aerobics Research I got the scientific explanation how you can make a major change to your overall wellbeing by simply introducing a regular Walking habit: the aerobic workout lets you burn extra fat reserves without hurting your joints, you get a strong,  healthy heart since this heart muscle is being exercised regularly, you also get a healthy blood pressure and good blood chemistry, e.g. a healthy cholesterol.  Realizing how stress , respectively the way how we cope with stress defines  how  prone we are to dis-ease and understanding the direct impact on how your body chemistry reacts to stress by producing stress hormones gave me the opportunity to not only solve my stress issues but show my Walking clients how to change the way of dealing with stress.

As a result of more training with my Indian Swami, Hypnosis and Alternative Healing techniques  I developed a simple technique of easy steps how to use your mind the way to choose to – a Meditation technique for Western minds: Yaduma Walking Meditation. Anybody suffering from stress-related problems can learn to become the master of their mind by simply Walking in the nature, training a few simple steps that are easy, fun and effective. The moment the mind relaxes, you find inner peace, tranquility and the door to a creativity that is way bigger than your pure thinking capacity.

Discover the gift…follow your heart

In 10 years of walking and talking with thousands of people of different ages, backgrounds, cultures, ethics as a Physical Fitness Specialist I came to the conclusion….

… learn to realize what is good for you!

Find out where your heart beats higher!

What makes you feel good???

… without hampering your good health…

Any health problem is a sign to change something.

It is that easy…

Change your thinking

Here is the deal: if I enter  a meeting with fear of failing, I probably have a hard time, not to fail.

If I see myself succeeding by telling the truth and go for a win-win situation, there is a big chance to succeed.

Conclusion: Expect the best and visualize the perfect outcome in order to provide best possibilities to succeed :)
We humans have an inbuilt prevention-plan: we better don’t expect the best so we don’t have to deal with hurting disappointment. I suggest: dare to expect the best and be flexible in interpreting the outcome. In case anything goes wrong: at least you dared and you might have learned something about it.

Feel good Now!

Vitality flowing!

Walking is natural, easy and very effective. Yaduma’s goal is to not only motivate to do it, but enjoy it. We believe it is important to learn how to uplift yourself and appreciate your active existence. It is important to shift from a low or mediocre mindset to a positive mindset in order to attract more positive thoughts, feelings, actions.

“If you are complaining about things in your life, you are on the complaining frequency, and you are not in a position to attract what you want.

Get on to the frequency of good with your thoughts and words. Firstly you will feel good, and secondly you will be on the frequency of receiving more good.”   Rhonda Byrne

Change – The Law of Attraction

Why is change so difficult?

Our thinking patterns are effected by genetics, education, conditioning….
We may experience “automized” thinking and feeling reactions that seem out of our control.
We attract what we are used to. We expect situations, things, emotions to happen the way we have experienced before.

To “change your mind” means to continuously be aware of what and how you think and willingly jettison thinking patterns that no longer serve you. Especially the way you think and feel about yourself.

Train yourself to consciously decide to think what fits for you today!

A POST FROM MY GURU

Someone once said: What goes around comes around.

Work like you don’t need the money.

Love like you’ve never been hurt.

Dance like nobody’s watching.

Sing like nobody’s listening.

Live like it’s Heaven on Earth.

——0—–

May there always be work for your hands to do;

May your purse always hold a coin or two;

May the sun always shine on your windowpane;

May a rainbow be certain to follow each rain;

May the hand of a friend always be near you;

May God fill your heart with gladness to
cheer you.

and may you be in heaven a half hour before the devil
knows your’e dead.

Pass this on and brighten some one’s day

EVERYTHING IS FOR OUR GOOD.

short story: Wise minister used to say to King “Everything is for our good” every time whether it is happiness or sorrow. Refreshing his sword skills he accidentially cut his little finger. “Everything is for ourgood”minister says. Angry king puts him in jail. Again “Everything is for our good”. A few days later hunting in the woods he gets kept Kali wanting to sacrifice a full man to the Goddess. In the last minute the chief change of mint: he lacks a finger, he is not full. They release him. King remembers minister’s words and runs home to rescue minister from execution, begging pardon. Minister responds if he had not been put in prison, he should have accompanied the king to the forest. The tribals should have sacrificed him (the minister) since he has all the limbs and that’s how it was good for him too. Everything is for the good, if we like it or not ;) ))

Gratefulness

“In our daily lives, we must see that it is not happiness that makes us grateful, but the gratefulness that makes us happy.”
–Albert Clarke

In other words: look out and be aware of the little tiny beautiful things out there, they make you- as soon as you see them- really happy;)
